A controlled maintenance loop

From evidence to a reviewable website improvement.

SAM separates observation, interpretation, drafting, verification, and publication so each stage can be understood and controlled.

01 — Observe

SAM performs a bounded crawl and, when authorised, reads exact Search Console and Analytics properties. It stores provenance so a finding can always point back to what was actually observed.

02 — Prioritise

Deterministic rules surface concrete technical opportunities. Portfolio context helps distinguish a newly observed issue from a persistent or previously resolved one.

03 — Recommend

An Analyst interprets only the bounded evidence packet and proposes whether the finding merits action. Unsupported recommendations stop here.

04 — Draft and verify

An Editor prepares one exact metadata change. A separate Verifier checks that draft for evidence support, faithfulness, and safety before it can be mapped to WordPress.

05 — Approve and apply

Reading is not permission to write. Staging, publishing, and rollback each require their own current evidence and explicit authority. The first pilot keeps these mutation gates disabled.

06 — Observe again

Later evidence can show what happened after a change. SAM reports association and uncertainty; it does not turn a before-and-after comparison into a causal claim.
