Why SAM exists
Website maintenance deserves a better operating model.
SAM is being built for organisations whose website matters, but whose team cannot spend every week stitching together audits, dashboards, tickets, copy edits, approvals, and WordPress changes.
The thesis
Most website work is neither a redesign nor an emergency. It is a stream of small observations and decisions: a page stops being discoverable, metadata no longer describes the content, an important URL slips, or a routine update creates drift.
Traditional retainers can hide that work behind reports. Point tools expose more alerts than a team can absorb. Unbounded automation creates a different risk: changes happen faster than people can understand them.
SAM takes a narrower path. Durable software gathers evidence and manages state. Deterministic rules measure what can be measured. Specialist models interpret bounded packets and produce structured recommendations. A person retains authority over consequential changes.
Dogfooding before promises
This site is the first development customer. Its infrastructure and content are reproducible, its known test issue is harmless, and its complete evidence-to-WordPress journey can be inspected. We will use that proof to refine the service before making broader customer or production claims.
